ART DIRECTION • GRAPHIC DESIGN
For my storyboarding class at SCAD, I created style frames for two network IDs for Comedy Central, exploring distinct approaches to showcase the brand’s versatility. The first set drew inspiration from stand-up comedy nights, envisioning the logo as a flickering neon sign revealed as the curtains part.
For the second set, I developed a minimalist aesthetic using simple vector elements while adhering to the network’s iconic yellow and black palette. This set highlights key shows: South Park, Tosh.0, and Chappelle’s Show, with dynamic shapes bursting from the center, creating energetic and seamless transitions.
